'CommonUtilitySpace started with a humble vision: to offer the people of Napoli a taste of true Neapolitan pizza. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985, a quaint family-run business infusing recipes passed on for generations.
During her adventures across Italy, our founder, Marco Rossi, apprenticed with Neapolitan pizza masters. When she came back to the UK, her mission was to recreate the essence of Italian pizza, staying true to conventional methodologies and choosing only premium ingredients.
What initially was a cozy 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem. Yet our dedication to delivering uncompromised quality and authenticity hasn't changed. We continue to adhere to classic wood-fired baking, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and handpick the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'CommonUtilitySpace is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, with their second generation steering our devoted crew. While we've welcomed modern touches, at our core, we remain devoted to serving up delectable, bona fide pizza that unites folks.
